OPERATIONS INFORMATION AGAINST AIR FREIGHT IMPORT

 Pre-Alert must be sent to us at date of vessel departure 

 Pre-Alert must contain following information:

       Shipper’s & Consignee’s name 

       Pieces, commodity, weight/volume/container numbers

       Name of Shipping Line/Consolidator plus O. B/L No. 

       Consignee order number 

 We require documents in our hands 5 working days prior to vessel arrival

 Please ensure that for any freight collect invoices, profit share statements are included in the document pouch

 All communications to be answered on the same day of receipt
